Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the supply of pharmaceutical impurities, reference standards, intermediates, specialty chemicals, and laboratory consumables (“Products”) by Anjaneey Enterprise (“Anjaneey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to any individual or organization that places an order or requests a quotation through this website, by email, phone, or WhatsApp (“Customer,” “you”). By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotations & Pricing
Prices quoted are per the unit specified (mg/g/kg). Quotation validity is stated on the quotation itself and confirmed with the Customer at the time it is issued. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and freight unless explicitly stated as inclusive. Quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing by both parties.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after written acknowledgement from Anjaneey Enterprise. Payment terms — including any advance required and accepted payment methods — are discussed and agreed with the Customer at the time of order and stated on the invoice/proforma invoice for that order.
4. Product Quality & Documentation
All reference standards and impurities are supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming identity and purity. Products conform to the pharmacopeial standard (IP/EP/USP/BP) stated on the product page or quotation, where applicable. Non-pharmacopeial or custom-synthesised materials are supplied with analytical data as agreed at the time of order.
5. Lead Times & Delivery
Estimated lead times are provided at the time of quotation and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless confirmed in writing. Anjaneey Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, regulatory holds, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to the Customer on dispatch from our facility.
6. Storage, Handling & Regulatory Use
Products supplied are intended for research, analytical, and quality-control use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Customer is responsible for ensuring their use of the Product complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including any import, export, or controlled-substance requirements. Products must be stored per the conditions stated on the COA/label; Anjaneey Enterprise is not responsible for degradation caused by improper storage after delivery.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Claims
Because most Products are supplied to order, including custom synthesis and small-batch impurities, orders cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced, unless agreed in writing. Claims for shortage, damage in transit, or discrepancy against the COA must be raised in writing promptly upon receipt, with supporting evidence such as photos and the batch/lot number, within the timeframe agreed with the Customer at the time of order. Verified claims will be resolved by replacement, credit, or refund at Anjaneey Enterprise’s discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Anjaneey Enterprise’s liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the invoice value of that Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including delayed studies, lost data, or lost business — arising from the supply or use of a Product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Confidentiality
Information shared by the Customer for Contract Research Services or custom synthesis is treated as confidential and used solely to fulfil the request, unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in place.
10. Intellectual Property
Content on this website — text, images, and product data — is the property of Anjaneey Enterprise and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
